Attention Excelsior Elementary Parents!
We are excited to announce that we will be using Membership Toolkit for our School Directory, Communications and Online Sales starting with the 2019-2020 school year!
We invite you to visit https://excelsiorelem.membershiptoolkit.com to stay connected with our school community. Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will be able to access our school directory, receive email announcements from our PTO, stay informed with upcoming school/classroom events from your classroom parent, and make purchases.
What happened to MySchoolAnywhere? Membership Toolkit and MySchoolAnywhere have recently merged. While most of the student/family data has been migrated over from MySchoolAnywhere, we still need you to create a Membership Toolkit account and verify your student/family info so you can access our school directory and receive important announcements from our PTO about school events and classroom parent announcements. This is a verification process that needs to be done every school year!
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to https://excelsiorelem.membershiptoolkit.com.
- Click on the Register/Login button.
- If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
- Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information. You can use the same email account(s) you used with your previous MySchoolAnywhere account.
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
- Complete and verify the Parent/Family and Student Information.
- Complete and verify the Directory/Publish Preferences.
- Once these forms are complete, you will be able to access our school directory and stay informed on school events and classroom parent announcements.
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
Is there a Membership Toolkit Mobile App available? Yes! Go to your mobile app store (Apple store or Google Play store) and search for the Membership Toolkit App. You need to create your Membership Toolkit account on a desktop computer first before logging into your Membership Toolkit app.
Do you still need to order a student planner and/or a calculator? (This is applicable only to specific grades/classrooms--see your school supplies list). Go to Store section of your Membership Toolkit homepage and you will be able to place and pay for your order there. Sale window ends on Aug 26. Be sure to create your Membership Toolkit account today in order to place your planner/calculator orders as soon as possible! If you have already placed an order earlier this summer using MySchoolAnywhere, your order has been saved and processed.
